Not fair

    :( This week at my WI i STS!

    I was ill all week so didnt do any exersize at all

    but i was sooo good with my points i didnt think it would make a differance but sue my leader said that if u change ur activity level even if ur not using the AP (which i dont) it can cause the weight to not shift

    I know its not all bad i didnt gain and i have lost 9lb over 4 weeks

    Sometimes when it's the time of the month that can cause you to put on weight or stay the same? Don't worry everyone goes through this stage and you just have to stick with it! :D

    Don't be disheartened and stick to your points and exercise I'm sure next week you will find it comes off! :)

    I have to admit i surprised myself im the kinnd of person who gives up when things go wrong lol

    but its made me focus a bit more and look at ways of working it
