Madferret - hmmmm bank holiday was not good for me, mine went like this
Bank holiday friday - hen weekend in Bournemouth loads of food/drink
Saturday night - out for a meal with hen party, chinese loads of drink
Sunday - hanging ate out as we were out
Monday - cooked food at home & ate it
I put on 4lbs this week i knew it was coming.. Back on it properly today though & it is now only 5 weeks til my holiday.. I need to stay on track
Weekends are hardest for me, as we are such social people & are always out doing something or out with friends. Saturday we were meant to be out drinking in the day for a friends birthday, then a meal sat night then more drinking & clubbing - but i have said im not going
I cant keep having the weekends wreck my hard work & putting me back as this is what happens all the time & im just yo-yoing all the time i find & it is so frustrating

I really understand what you say about weekend as I too seem to be a very social person ,come Friday night i did start to worry too so here is what i did weekend see if this helps .....
Friday night - BF playing at a club went with my sisters had my last shake at 7pm
they were all drinking there faces off i just looked at them and laughed we left club at 3am i was knackered but felt like i achieved something for not drinking they went kebab house i played solitatire on my phone it was hard but i now know what i want!... to loose this weight .
Saturday - daytime cleaned the house (again) we went to a indoor BBQ started at 7pm this was a little harder as the food smell was in my nose but i again brought my little bottle of water and when i felt that hunger pain that was only in my mind i sprayed my mouth with mouth spray , strange it actually woke me up too then i told myself again, if i put the food in my mouth my 2 days of hard work may as well not have even exsisted , i was tired but once again succeded the night we got home at 11.30pm ....i felt stronger after two days of socialising and not falling off.
Sunday- Got up at 4am to get to carboot for 5am, we were parked right next to a breakfast van (ow) i took 1.5 litre water bottle & my shake mixer ( still couldnt stop weeing) not gonna lie was harder maybe coz we got up earlier
left carboot at 2pm went home had 2nd shake went to sleep got up at 4.30
My Grandma bday meal is at 6pm at he village hotel
i went to the meal however my auntie had a stroke 2 years ago and can not look after herself and drinks out a bottle so i looked after her at end of the family table and also had my shake too.
I know if i fell off would also feel like you ...but lets forget about the weekend and concentrate on future...only day for day.. and ltes get u were u want to be for your hols
