Not finishing shakes

Michael, what you also can do is split your shakes so instead having 2 shakes, divide the shakes over 4 portions and have them 4 times a day instead of two.
 
Michael you need to try and finish them. They have all the vitimins and minerals you need. Think of them as medicine. Like Mirjim Said try splitting them into 4.
 
I noticed it after about 5-6 days even though the scales only told me that I'd lost 1.4 kg. It turned out I lost 10bls the first week :D
