Hi peeps,


Just letting you all know Ive ditched SF-it just wasn't working for me,I followed the plan to the letter but have spent almost 3 weeks going up and down by the same 1lb.Very demotivating,so am doing the Dukan now.

I know Lou,I really did give it my best-but it just Didnt seem to shift the weight.

Dukan is like Atkins (and since starting Ive already lost more weight than with SF) so think this will work better for me.

The principle of SF are sound enough-the SF diet just doesn't seem to agree with me,which is a shame as I enjoyed the shakes/snack/meal combo ( nevermind.

Good Luck Emma I couldn't get on with Dukan due to the whole planning and being organised (which I'm not!).
