The more exercise you do, the more muscle you build up. Muscle weighs more than fat apparently, but it helps you burn fat.
We all need to stop expecting the weight to drop off us because we have exercised and focus honestly on the food side of things.
I really dont think any of us expect the weight to drop off of us which is why we invest in a great deal of time at the gym trying to help the weightloss along so when you STS it can be disheartening.
Dont expect any miracles and this forum is a great place for support when you need some advice when other people may have been/or are experiancing the same thing x
Anyhow back to the problem - are you eating too much fruit? You're supposed to snack on fruit if you're hungry not because you like it.
