    Hi all,
starting day 8 of lipotrim (tfr) weighed in this morning bit disappointed only lost 7lbs. Maybe using this as an excuse to give up but will be mad with myself if i eat so must keep going. Weighed in last week at 16 08 down to 16 01 now is it possible to lose a stone in the next 3 weeks before my holidays.

Yes definitly . you are half way there already . 1/2 stone loss is fantastic. everyone looses at different rates . It would be great if we were like robots and knew if I use LT for week I will loose X lbs but it doesnt work like that. You have only seven to go now in two weeks just stick to it 100% and glug ... glug....... glug the water(at least 2litres a day up to 4litres a day sipping it not all at once )

    ONLY 7lbs????? are you serious??

it's fantastic! and people often have a very good second week too, so you could easily lose a stone in the next 3 weeks!

have you had an official weigh in this morning or just your own scales?

WElcome to LT by the way - you can have amazing success (as you already have!) just need to persevere through the hard time and stick to it 100%.

That is a really good loss and I think you could lose a stone in the next 3 weeks too, just stick with it 100% and you will lose lots.

    Hi Rock
Welcome and you know 7lbs is a good loss, you may well have the same loss next week as well. Just like the others said, it is half a stone!

Keep drinking your water, the more the merrier....it definitely helps with the losses, and keeping you full.

You will be so pleased with yourself tomorrow when you have not had anything at the BBQ. In my wk 2 I had the same scenario and it was fine, because I had an aim and that is to get thin and healthy. This diet isnt for ever and you need to be committed 100%..no point being half hearted as you wont do it.

Have a great week and keep being positive.
