I can stay on SS. Im really missing eating something.

Can I do AAM week at random (instead of waiting 12 weeks)?

If I do AAM week next week will it be really hard doing back to SS?

Perhaps there'll be a counsellor along in a minute but from what I've read I think you can aam now but everyone seems to find it hard to go back to SS.

What about trying SS plus until you are feeling stronger? I have been on that for a week and feel that I could easily go onto SS.
Good luck with whatever you decide.

yes ss+ allows you to have a meal a day(200kcal)i find it makes all the difference to be able to look forward to eating in the evening time, even if it is only something small!
why dont you try this for a week and see how you get on with it,
    best of luck to you,
