not sure what to do? *food talk*

Hi there People,

I have been on LLT since the 28th Oct and have never come off plan, In total i have lost 6stone1.5. I still have 2 stone 1 to go. This week i have been feeling really weak and dizzy. I have spoken to my councillor about this and she is advising me to swap to LLL as of tomorrow.

I feel really uneasy about this as i'm convinced it will slow down my weight loss and with me being so close to RTM i feel as though i will be letting myself down?

Can you guys tell me what kind of food you are allowed for your "meal" and also roughly what sort of weight loss i would expect on it? The LLT states 1 stone a month but what about LLL?

Hey there, well LLL offers the exact same weight loss on LLT. Obviously the weight loss looks smaller in comparison, but this is because you are close to goal and are not as heavy.

You will be given a book that you must follow religiously. It explains everything that you can have and what you cannot have. LLL also offers 1stone a month weight loss. But as you get closer to goal this can be different whether you are on Lite or Total.

Here's an example of what I have for my meal:

Half an onion
1 garlic clove
1 carrot
a handful of broccoli florets
Half a can of chopped tomatoes
2 tsp of curry powder
200g-300g of chicken
2tsp of olive oil

all cooked in one pot :) with a side of lettuce and tomato
