So i've been toing the EE plan for a week and am mostky enjoying it. Don't feel i'm going without anything particularly, and i've not been hungry. Only thing is, i've just added up my syns for the week and have only used 44 and a half - is this ok? Do i need to use more then that up to loose weight? And also i'm finding it hard to remember to use my healthy 'a' - i like to use my 'b' choice as bread, so am not using 'a' on ceral or anything... i need to use it though as i'm still breastfeeding my daughter and am worried my supply will diminish if not having enough calcium, ect.
