I'm a bit down as I'm not very well.. Got a viral infection which means I'm off work and finding it hard to eat anything :-(
I'm so annoyed as I'm only into my 2nd week and was doing so well and now I feel like I've messed it up! (although I'm
sure I'll have a good weight loss.. But not a healthy one!!)
what does everyone else do after being ill? Will it pile on when I do start eating again??!!
