I am planning on refeeding after my next WI. So have my normal WI next week and then the one after that do refeed. Do I discuss this with my pharmacy at the next WI?

You may be asking why I am refeeding? I am getting married on the 13th and so want to begin refeed on the 31st

Wow, congratulations on your coming wedding! you may tell your pharmacist on the day but it might be better to inform them in advance just in case the maintenance products are not all in stock, and also in cas ethe refeed audio tape is not availble (which is what happened to me yesterday).
I'm really happy for you chele80. Here's wishing you a lifetime of wedded bliss and blessing!

ah bless thanks for your comments!!

So do I take a combination of maintenance products on refeed as well as increasing from one meal to two meals a day.? I have no idea.
I am so scared about doing it right so I don't put 100s of pounds on when I eat again

i will do as long as the dress fits. It does now and am having fittings done around the time I start refeed. So i just can't put any back on. Going to hit the pool as well as another attempt to keep those pesky pounds off!

Chele, I'm with Trimlee, let your chemist know next week so they can make sure they have the products ready for you.

How wonderful that your dress fits. You are going to be a stunning bride! I hope you'll post some pics so we can all admire you.

Good luck with your last week on tfr.
