    low fat calorie counting with slimming world influences
    Its become second nature to check every single food label that this afternoon without thinking I checked the label on a bottle of water!!!! Lol ;)
    Now I know i've lost it :)

    Very important if it's flavoured water there'll be a few extra calories to it and sometimes fat! At least the habit is now automatic.

    No it was very drfinately plain water. Flavoured water is vile :(
