Now on day 3... no ketosis yet

Hey everyone,

I restarted on Monday as I had gained more than I had planned to whilst on holiday :( after getting to my healthy BMI goal.

Had planned to use SW to get the gain off, but it was just going to take me far too long, so I am back on CD for a bit. Have a deadline of end of June as that's my wedding dress fitting date, and have got to be back at goal (and maybe a bit lower if poss) by then. Only have just under a stone to go to get there, but ideally I'd like to lose a little more to give me some leeway.

So am aiming for 1.5-2st on CD this time around. Have already lost 3lbs this week so that's not a bad start!!

Here's to getting into ketosis (which I'm not yet so feeling pretty hungry) and the end of week 1!
