I know i have posted about this before but it was ages ago...and I was a fair way from my target...but now that I am approaching my target weight...my thoughts are on to maintaining and how best to do that.
Originally I thought GI type diet..but am now swaying more to weight watchers and keeping an eye on my daily points.
What are other maintainers doing diet wise to help keep them on straight and narrow...i would love to hear your thoughts.
So far have been focused on getting my excess pounds off, but time to start planning for the future.
