I am a total diet virgin who has recently signed up to Slimming World in order to stop to my worrying trend of expanding through dress size after dress size. I'm the heaviest I've ever been and recently divorced, so I'm on a mission to rediscover the good old me who has literally become swallowed up in recent years.
