sorry it's so late. So keep in mind that mind I eat mono-meals (one kind of fruit until you are full, often 5 servings or so, and about 500 calories)
breakfast-blueberries
400 calories soaked nuts&seeds (almond, brazil, sunflower, pumpkin, flax, poppy and 5 prunes for sweetness)
snack-big bowl of grapes
lunch-mandarins
red pepper, peas pods, saurkraut, soaked wild rice with honey dijon mustard, radishes
snack-figs dipped in coco sauce
snack-cherries
supper-green/purple veggie juice (20oz)-spinach, beets carrots ect.
I'm full til morning and sleep is so good

I started at 95% raw and though I was done detoxing. But now I'm 100 and went straight back into detox - zits rashes all kinds of smelly stuff haha I guess I still have a long way to go.
