    I just had a sneaky mis week WI and ive lost a whopping 8lbs already!

    im hoping to go see my cdc today to swap some food packs cuz i want some bars and i need to chew!!!

    on the other hand i have an extreme craving for sweet potatos

    If you need to chew have you tried making one of your daily packs into a muffin? I have muffins every morning for breakfast and it help my no end!
    Give it a go, the recipes are in a sticky in the main forum.
