just to add, in the meanwhile, might be worth getting another CC as an emergency measure! Hope they get their arses in gear! They are soooo horrible these companies! We have just paid our CC off with our savings as they are all robbing b&stards and i cant be dealing with CC's anymore!

we have had this too. not with a cc but with next directory.

basically o/h was getting things and not paying them off in full.

so when he did finally make a big payment, they reduced his credit limit by the same amount!

nothing wrong with his credit rating so i guess it is just to do with him not paying balance off in full each month.

maybe this is seen as a risk to them, if customers dont have the money to pay it all off for example!
