o/t does anyone have fitflops?

Starting over
I bought some last year and they are so comfy! I treated myself to another pair today:) They claim to help tone your legs and butt.

I walk in mine each day and I'm definitely getting more toned legs- and butt!!!! But don't know if this is due to my weight loss and exercise, or if the Fitflops are helping. Does anyone else have them?

I have them, they are sooooooo comfy. I wear them all day for work, don't know if they are helping the butt and thighs but my feet like them.

I wear them a lot (as does my Mammy). We both swear by them. My first day of wearing them really worked... well it felt that way lol

I've been hovering over buying some of these, our ward clerk wears them She said her legs ached off the day after she started wearing them so they must do some good. Our boss wears those MBT? trainers, looks as if shes going to fall over, but I couldn't fash paying all that money for them.

I have been thinking about them, but I suffer from plantar faciitis , nowone can tell me if they would be any good for me . I even went to a specialist running shop that sells them & they were not sure.

I have just bought a pair-at vast expense for a pair of flip flops but I need all the help I can get!!! Lol

i had a lot of trouble with my foot last year and found the Fitflops really helped. On the label on my new pair it says that people with PF have said that they find them helpful, may be worth checking their website for more information.

Does anyone know where you can get these at a reasonable price? The cheapest I've found is £36.00 and I think hubby would choke if he knew I'd paid that much for a pair of, albeit posh, flip flops!

I ordered a pair of these last summer and was so disappointed when I tried to get my feet into them. No way were they going. I am always so fed up with having wide feet. Fly Flots are the only things I can find that I like.

Do they work? Put it this way, I can feel them more the day after I've worn them than the day after a body pump class!!

I don't have the fit flops but I do have MBTs. I got them at a really knock down price from Cheshire Oaks (a retail park near Ellesmere Port, Merseyside).

I love them. They make me take really little steps but really work out my legs and bum and when I've worn them for a couple of weeks almost every day, they really make a noticeable difference.

I get PF too - not severely, just when I wear my pumps a lot, for too long. I don't suffer with it when I wear my MBTs :)

Ah ha we are talking Flip flops then....I got several pairs they are really comfy and versitile indeed. i have a rubber pair and two leather ones that were made for me India & Nigeria.

You really need to try them on for fit, i ended up with a size bigger than i normally wear as my feet are quite wide. A few shops stock them, mainly smaller shoe shops.
