I have suffered with severe pustular psoriasis on my feet for about ten years now and was always told it could be diet related. They tell you to cut out tomatoes and red food stuffs etc but none of this ever worked for me. Now I thought with CD, as I am literally cutting out all food, my psoriasis would have improved but no, in fact I would say it has got worse. Now I know that it is also related to stress so is it possible that the psychological stress (although I don't think I find it very stressful:confused: ) of the diet is not helping my psoriasis? Your thoughts please.........

I get really bad psoriasis on my scalp and behind/in my ears. Ihave been following SS for a little over five weeks now, and have noticed that it has improved dramtically. I'm no longer finding patches of blood on my pillowcase in the morning and the itching has all but stopped. It really does seem to be clearing up.
My skin in genreal is amazing! Maybe all the water helps too!!

I'm sorry that it isn't helping yours.

Have you considered it could be dairy related? My husband has psoriasis on his scalp and it gets worse if he goes through a stage of having a lot of dairy.
CD has milk powder in it (wouldn't be a milkshake otherwise!:D) and because it's pretty much all you're having it could be making it worse.
