O/T The worst day ever and I am giving up!

This makes my blood boil!! Some parents these day (i have children and seen it all too often) think that their kids are above anyone else!! They don't teach their children manners and even jump in to complain when teachers try to dicipline them! It all stinks and to make matters worse children now have too many "rights" and boy don't they know it!! What are these parents turning their children into?? A copy of themselves!! No respect these days!! If i were you i would contact citizens advise or something similar and as previously said word you letter very very carefully but don't give up on this till you get your well deserved money!! Sorry rant over, lots of love xxxx
