Started Sw again today, but I can't afford much 'healthy food' until pay day but so far I've had -
2 egg omelette with fry light
Weetabix he
Semi milk he
Cheddar he
2 apples
1 banana
Spag bol syn free
Pom bear Crisp's 5 syns
2 WW biscuits 4 syns
4 pints water
For tea will be pasta n sauce, broccoli and Sw chips.
I think I'm doing okay so far!
