Oat bran instead of exante porridge??

Hi not sure if this is the right place for this question.

But I'm i'm trying Exante but am trying to be as sparing as i can with the products due to hubby being off work sick.

Question is can i make up 3 tbsp of oat bran with water instead of the Exante porridge without any effect to weight loss???
 
That would be a really bad idea.
Exante give you your daily vits and mins in the 3 packs so missing one and replacing it with something that doesn't have very similar vits and mins would make you ill over time.
 
i'm going to buy some Exante porridge tomorrow as eating something with a spoon feels like a proper meal lol

a WW porridge is as follows- 35g sachet

123 kcals
6.1g protein
17.6g carbs
1.9g fat
5.7g fibre



Exante porridge is as follows- 53g

200 kcals
17.8g protein
20.8g carbs
5.9g fat
3.6g fibre


for a cost cutting idea surely this ww is an alternative? i'm not fussed about the RDA

Without the protein you'll get muscle wastage so no
