Oat burst syn value?

Hi I'm on the train on the way to London but determined to be good this week! I so need to het back on track and stick to it! Anyone know how many syns in an oat burst golden syrup flavour instant porridge? I'm hoping it could be my b choice for the day plus some syns?? 242 calories, 3G of fat in it??

unfortunately it doesnt qualify as part of a HEb, so it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories.

Sorry to bump this threrad.

But does anyone know if the Oatburst originals can be counted as a HE?
I've compared the calories, and the original is slightly higher than the golden syrup one, not sure why.

Would be handy when going away next week, plus they're 2 for a pound in pound world!
