I've just tried to work out the cals and sat fat but im a little hopeless lol, saw it's on offer in asda, (2 for 3.50) .. if anyone knows where cheap let me know ;) ha anyway!!! .... it states the golden syrup one is 216cals and 2.3 sat fat (3.5p) using semi-skimmed milk... but i use skimmed?? so anyone tell me the different please? would it be 3p ??

Can u not work out the oats on there own? Then use ur points for the milk seperate? That's what I do with cereal because it always uses semi skimmed milk - I do it for the 100 gram then divide by 10 to work out for each 10g what the points are.

I have just looked on the ww site and for the golden syrup one 1 sachet (36g) is 4 pro points then add on for ur milk

hi hun thankyou, im not doing PP im on the old plan but usually it just means halving the values, so im guessing one sachet will be 2 old points, the 1 for the milk so 3ps excellent thankyou so much :D xx
