oat so simple

does ne one just have the oat so simple on its self (27g sachets) and not have the 1 ryvita your supposed to have or scan bran, i dont like either of them but have loads of oat so simple : /

Some consultants will tell you that if you don't have all of your HEX then you need to syn it, according to SW FAQ's, this is not the case.

Yup - all the time hun. Though scan bran is okay if you mix it in to the porridge!

I crumble my scan bran up and then put the oats on top and mix it with some cinnamon you can't even tell it is there but it fills you up a bit longer

Don't have oat so simple, but do have 28g oats every morning on my fruit with a yogurt and never have a scan bran!

ooo ill have to buy some scan bran at group tonight then : /lol ill crumble it on top, i dont want to risk not having my full hexb as i always have it x

It really does fill me up for longer when I crumble the scan bran in.
