Hi, can anyone tell me if Oatibix are an HEB. My friend and I have started class and my friend can't eat wheat, so she was hoping to have Oatibix for breakie only she can'f find them in the book and I have checked the website and can't find them either. We may just be being very dim (definately a possibility)!

Thanks

I've got the syns directory and it's got a HEB symbol against
Oatibix bites, 28g
Oatibix bites, chocolate and raisin or sultana and apple, 28g each

not the big oatibix though because I think they would be too big to have 2 as the syns are showing as 9 for 2 biscuits whereas 28g of the bites is between 5 and 5.5 (a HEB usually has around 6 syns if you had to count them)

Yup agree with Julie...you can have 1 Oatbix bar as a HeB, although with Alpen light bars you can have 2 as a HeB!
