oats so simple confusion and stuffing!

My class leader said that plain oats so simple is free on extra easy but book says it's got syn value... Bit confused now. Also sage and onion stuffing? Is it a bad syn ... I made turkey and stuffing burgers

Just plain old paxo sage and onion just made up with boiling water. I love stuffing!!!!
