Hi, please could anyone tell me the syn values for the various flavours of oatso simple? And whether they count as a healthy extra? I know the original one is. There's a lot of confusion about it on here by the looks of things. Fingers crossed they count as I've just bought 2 packs of 10 sachets!
    Thank yoooou x

And while I'm at it, the syn value of sci-mx vanilla cream flavour whey protein (100% ultragen, whatever that means!) would be lovely! X

As there is no free food allowance involved you can work out the syns using 1 syn for every 20 calories. Unless things have changed recently, only the original oatso simple can be used as a HEB.

No afraid not - they have less oats (and so fibre) and more sugar in them
