New here...blah blah blah
Anyway, I am a firm believer in OAWC (Once a Week Cooking) as I have a young child and a demanding full time job. This also stems from being wheat free and finding that everything outside contains my beloved wheat :0(

I tend to cook many meals on a Sunday and that lasts until around Thursday. This works well for me and means that im always prepared and less tempted. I even make takeaway options (with syns) so that, even when I want something off-plan, it's not as bad as if I went to the shops. I think it's important to be realistic after all...

I have many great recipes (am happy to share) but wld love some more.

I'd love to hear any ideas of things that keep well in the fridge or freezer.
