Hello All
Im not a newbie to SW. Im a veteren. But i'm gonna give it a go AGAIN. I started today and have loved my food all day. Keeping in fresh by trying new things and not just going back to what "i know" foods. If anyone would like to have a nosey please do. Please let me know if i have made a boo boo. I'm doing this from home at the mo but will likely join a group once the kiddies are back at school.
Thursday 14 August 2014 - extra easy
Breakfast
Muller Yogurt, Clementines
Lunch
Ainsley Harriot Mexican rice. 2 x Linda macartney rosemary and red onion sausages
mixed beans
Afternoon snack
fruit salad. strawbs, grapes, nectarine, melon, pineapple.
Dinner
Lamb Korma and basmati rice (from this months mag) OMG this was so delish.
No snacks so far as still stuffed from dinner
