so I've always used a little seasoning on my turkey - spicy season all or faghita usually.

My OH bought me the wrong stuff which I didn't realise was difference until I bit into it - so so salty!

How bad will this screw me up?

Usually herbs and stuff are fine.

I used to have grilled chicken breast on SS+ with a handful of salad and different kinds of herbs and seasoning and never had a problem!
