Will achieve exercise goal during first session tomorrow.
It will be the first time in three months that I have managed to achieve my goal.
Due my accident caused injury and illness travails during those times.

Will now need to think about exercise goals for the month of November.

Well obviously I have been a total failure, both at exercising and keeping this thread going. I've had a chest infection and working long hours and its dark.when I get home. I will make some effort in December, well from next week when I get home.
