October Weight Loss Goal...

Stayed the same this week.. Happy with that (well just a bit) didn't really get back on track until Tuesday after weekend away x
 
Lost a quarter last week and 3/4 this week so a pound in 2 bloody weeks lol ;)

Exactly.. It was just a little incentive to keep us on track at least.. i'll be happy if I lose that last half pound so I've at least not gained over the month..
Am doing my inches tomoro too so hopefully I'll have lost at least 1 r 2 of them :D

Thank you! I'm on holiday next week so I can't weigh in next thursday and just have to hope that I don't gain. Luckily I'm going away with my parents so while I won't have internet to track points, my dad's currently on a low-carb anti-pre-diabetes diet so hopefully I'll be safe!

Well, I had weighed in yesterday in place of today as I was eating out at my aunts and was having a rather heavy dinner (stew), so yesterday I had lost 1.6lb.. But this morning I weighed in just to be nosey and see.. And i've shown another 1.6 loss.. So this weeks loss is 3.2Lb... pretty damn happy with that :D Still didn't make goal but am allot closer than I was last week!!!
