Hi all.
I am on my third week-ish. I was on for two weeks and my last weighing was Saturday.
First week went on brilliantly as i lost 10lb(yey), second week not so brill lost only 2lb which was fine and got my third week shakes last saturday but i am yet to drink as i had a family wedding and other food centered family events

Now will start my third week which will in all probability will be as hard and tiredsome as my first week(hope it is fruitful as the first week too).
