Consolidation off Dukan for a week - how to return?

Hi Lovely Ladies.

I'm just after a bit of advice...

Go away on my first ever ski-ing holiday this saturday for a week.

We're in a catered chalet (chalet boy/girl cooks all meals) so going to be realistic by admitting will probably go off-Dukan totally. I'm not beating myself up about it, I'll be ski-ing 6 hours a day so will be burning a lot of calories but I'm still expecting to see a gain on my scales when i return home.

what I'm wondering is.. As I'm now in my first half of conso, do I go back to cruise on my return home until the gained weight's gone?

or should I attack?
or continue conso?

Personally, in your shoes, I would

a.) try to be as Dukan-y, atkins-y are possible on holiday (if the choice is cheese or cake, pork steak or pork pie, chose the former over the latter, even if you bend the rules elsewhere.

b.) have at least 2 pp days on your return, and then pv until you are discover if you have actually gained weight or not.

c.) If you have gained weight, stick with pp/pv

d.) If you haven't, go back into conso

I stress - this is how I would approach the conundrum. I did go on holiday when on Conso, and I did end up eating non-conso foods, but a few days of cruise put me back where I wanted to be, and back into conso.
