Put it behind you,but do try and use the disappointment you feel now compared with how you felt when you had a fab loss to keep you on the straight and narrow!

Yes think positive, your'e back on track now, keep it that way and you'll have a fab loss next week. Keep your eye on your goal and go for it. I also find that thinking about the money I'm spending on the diet helps keep me focused, the sooner I reach my goal the sooner I can spend the money on nice clothes etc....not on food packs.... The longer it takes the more you spend!
