Oh my god be prepared for a rant my place of work is moving this week and i am very stressed and unsettled i weighed myself this morning and i haven lost and i needewd a pound to get my club ten, and i have fallen off the wagon today i have had a french bread wholemeal tunamayo sandwich and i was good and had cous cous for dinner burt this afternoon i just gorged on a kit kat and i am feeling very very guilty stupid weigh in tonight and my consultant already filled out my club 10 form grrrrrrr and i have to work my second job tonight and i cant be bothered cause i'm tired and am feeling wholey wholey chunkadory today ....

Put it behind you chick. Just be good from now, it's done and you can't change it. Try not to beat yourself up about it too much. If you don't get your Club 10 today, you'll get it next week - it will still be waiting for you.

I keep finding that when I'm soooo near to getting my next award I fall off the wagon too! Something happens which stops me in my tracks - wish life would just got to plan sometimes!

Even if you dont get your club 10 tonight, please dont let it get you down too much - look forward at what you are going to achieve from tomorrow morning onwards - just focus on having an amazing loss next week.

I know that I've gained this week and that's happened because I've got complacent... need to get my head back in the zone!

I'm the same though, the minute I think "right, I'm going to be extra good so I can lose 'x' amount of weight before <some event>", I invariable can't stop eating!! What's the deal there?


This is really the time!
When I was previously a member my cosultant said it taskes 2 days for food to convert to fat weight in your body. So, unless you have half a cows weight of food in your stmach, a blow out on WI day should never be toooo bad :)
