I WILL be thin!!
I work as a nurse manager and I'm about to restart SW on Thursday (I'm currently doing Exante, which works for me, but I'm getting nearer to a normal BMI and need to eat). I need ideas what I can keep in my office drawer as snacks that I can pick at whenever I'm peckish. I'm determined to keep it as syn free as possible (syns dont do me much good) so would love to hear any ideas if anyone is in an office type situation.
