well im rather anoyed with myself this week as i went to cdc on tuesday and to my surprise i had only gained 5lbs which i thought would really motivate me to be 100% this week, well ive not even managed 1 day :cry:not going to beat myself up over it to much as tomorrow im restarting this journey 110% dont get weighed in till tuesday to find out what damage ive done but if i start in the morning ive an extra day to have a good weight loss for next week, i soooo want to be out of the 17's so hopefully in 2 weeks i will be which will also be my first wi for march,
my first mini goals are to get through tomorrow, complete a week and be in the 16's so around 10lbs to go xx
