Oh dear - i've been very naughty :(

    Tut tut me - wrists well & truely slapped as I have been so naughty I am well out of target :(

    I am 1 stone over my target weight & so need to get it back off & behave myself!!!

    Its hard again as I am back on day 1 of cold turkey so to speak, no naughties at all so far today which has been hard as I work from home & have been allowing myself (very wrongly!!!) to snack on all the wrong things. But after a couple of days I know that my body will stop craving all the sugars from the baddies & be happy with the free foods again.

    I haven't even been coming on here, so I really am going to be good, stick to plan & come back on here for all the inspirational threads that got me into target to begin with!!!!!!

    Hiya hun, im exactly the same!!! Today has been day one 'again' for me and im sat here snacking on pickled onions so I can avoid the chocolate! You can do it babes xxxxx

    Thanks - Its not helping that we have so much chocolate in the house as my girls got tonns of the stuff & I mean tonns!!! I have also been given a slive that must weigh a kilo of cake today from my nephew's christening!!!!

    I know where you are coming from - I bought Easter eggs for all my neices and nephews and then went away before delivering them.

    When I came back, I ate about 4 of them for no reason other than pure greed and cos I could.... :rolleyes:

    I think you're doing the right thing going 'cold turkey' and after a couple of days the cravings will go away.

    you can do it!!!
    i had 3 almighty weeks off where the naughty lil devil in my head challenged me to eat as much chocolate,cake and bread goods and other rubbish as i possibly could.
    i put on 11lb before i jumped back on the wagon....and here 14 days later i have lost 7of those lbs and am now back to just 1lb out of range so hopefully will lose that next week.
    it may be a stone which looks daunting now but remember if you are good and stick to it you will experience a 'first week' loss as your body has gotten used to the naughties!
