i've just discovered that one tablespoon = 3 teaspoons.

Well, I have definitely been having more than that for my aam vegetables!

I suppose I'll just have to start properly this evening - i still have 3 days of aam left so i suppose at least i can do half of the week right!

Don't worry about it hun, i'm sure you'll still lose this week, and you'll know for next time. 2 mouthfuls of veg is not enough, whats the point of having any, not looking forward to that.

Another couple of weeks before I can AAM. I've also wondered how you measure 2 tbsp. Something soft like cooked cabage fair enough, but brocolli? It would be easier if we could weigh the veg, does anyone know if that's possible?:)
