    I only had 2 food opacks yesterday I totally forgot to take my 3rd one.

    Should I have 4 today to even it out?

    Don't diet anymore!
    Nope, if you forget a pack then just leave it, don't have it the next day.

    As a one off it doesn't matter but always try and make sure you get them down you.

    Ok Thanks Mike I never miss packs i just completly forgot about it x

    That's a sign you are well in the zone so well done you.

    Make sure you have them out of habit from now on as it is easy to forget due to the fact you aren't really hungry and you are doing so well ;-)
