Oh how I love the 1st week.

1st week ends and 19lbs lost but the losses have already slowed down. so the next week should be anything between 5 and 7., which is still excellent me thinks. As you can imagine I am very happy, just now need to keep this diet up and hopefully by Mid April I have reached my goal and then the hard work starts to keep the weight off. The hard work just never stops at this weight thing.
