Soooooo, I bit the bullet and weighed myself last Saturday and what I expected was confirmed. One stone has been gained. Ahhh! Can't say I didn't deserve it, have not been on plan in any way for a good three months, so I can't even blame Christmas!! 
So, I am going for a weekend away in April and I'd like to be back to target by then. 14 lbs in 12 weeks. Should be doable???
I don't go to class any more so will be doing it from home. Might go back in a month's time, depending on how well I do in that period (my local class is at an awkward time for me) so if anyone see's anything blatantly wrong in my diary, please do let me know, like if I'm synning things wrong.
I take my syns as 105 over a week instead of 15 a day and that worked great for me last time, so I'll be doing that again.

Tin of tuna (Free)
Cottage Cheese (Tesco Healthy Living, Chive and Onion) (Free)
Dinner
Salmon Fillet (Birdseye Baked to Perfection Lemon and Herb) (Free)
Balsamic Oven roasted vegetables (Tomatoes, onion, red onion, courgette, red pepper, green pepper, mushrooms, garlic, balsamic vinegar) (SF)
Snacks:
2 Mandarin Oranges (SF)
2 Laughing Cow Light triangles (Part of HexA)
Syns: 0
Still had another HexB and part of HexA left but didn't fancy them today.
