I have started relying on low fat super noodles, to have for lunch or even snacks. I know this isn't good but i'm in such a rush sometimes and they are so quick and easy
hey i agree trust me there are much worse choices lol....
i often have batchelors rice and add some chickpeas n spinach to it or the pasta an sauce thingies...but i try to add some cooked veg at the end to bump it up...even if its the fozen-steam-in-micro type veg....least if you have them in cupboard n freezer you wont reach for the treats!
