Went out for a meal with friends tonight with all intentions of being good.. of course, that went out the window as soon as I saw the menu.

Half a portion of garlic mushrooms, a chicken/mozzarella/bacon/cheese sauce type thing with veg and chips, and a chocolate fudge cake with cream later, I am feeling very sorry for myself as I am completely stuffed to bursting... and have completely failed on my intended 100% week!!

Just can't get my head in gear at all.

On the plus side, it was bloody lovely. Back on track in the morning... again!!

Yikes! - but at least you enjoyed it and are ready to draw the line and move forward. If you've been good the rest of the week it may not be as bad as you fear so don't write yourself off x
