Ohh ive been so naughty!

Hi all
I haven't posted myself for a while but still read your posts! I started my refeed 7 weeks ago and have managed in that time to maintain my weight give or take by 2 pounds! However in the last 10 days I've had several retirement doos, two 50th birthday parties and a few curries! I haven't weighed myself since these events but i know I've put on weight as my clothes feel tight! Ordinarily I would think no problem ill be really good for the next two weeks but I'm going on holiday in two weeks! I want to loose the pounds i know ive put on...So.....should I stick with maintenance? Or should I try TFR for a week and then refeed again? I know I should be brave and get weighed in.... Maybe tomorrow!!!!! X
 
Personally...I would TFR and re-feed for maybe 4 days rather than a week. However I am no expert but that would be my plan.

Ps - dont beat yourself up over it, we are all human xx
