can some one please help me and tell me how you would point homemade chips which where cooked in oil vegetable i think there was about 100g altogether

They are 2.5 syns for red and 1.5 syns for green or EE for 28gms, so that will make it about 10 and 6 for 100 grams.

Why not try SW chips, which are free on green and EE? Not sure of the syn value on red, as I don't do it but I think they can be a Hex if skin is left on.

thanks very much i normally do have sw chips much nicer and the ones in oil was not very nice but didnt want to offend mother in law
