Right, lost over 1 and 1/2 stone before xmas, started again, really need motivting as I soooooooo want to lost the same amount again!! Stared today so can I have some kicks up the bum please??:8855:xx

Christmas and New Year is over and done with. You lost 1.5 stone between Oct & Christmas (brilliant x). Another 6-8 weeks isn't even Easter. You CAN lose another 1.5stone by then.
